Default Question for A/C gurus

I'm considering a conversion to R-134a for my 93 coupe using the Honda R-134a retrofit kit mentioned in this post:

https://honda-tech.com/forums/showpo...99&postcount=4

I bought a WallyWorld conversion when I bought my Cherokee and it works great so I don't want to start the 100th will/won't work thread.

My question is, while following the directions, where do I add the can oil that comes with the kit? It says to recover any r12, install the 134 valves, evacuate the system, add the 4oz of oil, and then charge with 134. Under the cap does the oil can have a connector to the gauges? That would be my assumption but I've never seen this kit used and I'd like to know what I'm in for..

As always, your insight is appreciated!
