Default Using an Si cam in a D15B1

I just picked up an Si cam since I know that the B1 cam is far inferior to the Si cam. I've read that I have to have a Y7 or Y8 cam gear to put on the Si cam to compensate for the 3mm deck heighth difference from the d16a6 compared the the d15b1. I have the Si cam gear with it as well. Just incase I could've used that without a problem.

Can anyone verify this? Or can I just throw it in and go?

D15 and D16 cam gears are the same. The 88 Si cams are indexed the same as D15 cams. 89-91 Si cams are indexed differently and the Y7/Y8 cam gear will zero the cam back to TDC. Dont forget to set the valve lash when youre done.
