I doubt you will ever see a 7 second pass with the current rules.

 

Miller 8.30 at 185mph. Tony 8.50 at 178mph

I totally understand the thought that a 7sec pass won't happen with the current rules (not that I'm knowledgeable about the rules), but I just think if we look at the surprising progress last year, it's hard to say where the limit may lie. I'm excited to see what happens!

 

Why limit it to just them lol? What about Cunha ? he went 80s last year too . .

Reynolds went .75 @ 175 right off the trailer in February at Nscra . .

I think its going to be a crazy year for that entire class . .

I think this year will be great in general. With the new class rules and all the races scheduled it's going to be a busy year. I think miller and palo will pull out some good numbers but I'm more excited about what the 67mm(truestreet) cars are going to pull out this year. I see a low low 9 on a 67mm

 

Definately gonna be a good year for the outlaw class.

 

exactly! guys like them felix, ramey, keller and countless others are only going to get faster. i would watch out for them. and dont ever sleep on mr outlaw! im sure the csi guys want brian back in front of the pack.

I dont know who's setting up for their 8.50cages, but if they all are, its really hard to say who will do what. Its anyones ball game here. All the talent is there with these guys. Best of luck to everyone.

By the looks of it there is a couple cars from Az that will/should be in the 8's this year as long as everything goes good..The fastest mexicans in Az Manny/Hectors K-powered Ek hatch and Jake Blackman's red Si.As well as a couple other local cars..maybe

No one is going faster than 8.50s if they dont upgrade their cages.

I havent heard of anyone putting a 25.5 cage in their cage...but I'm out of the loop
