Hey everyone I have a 94 Civic Si hatch with a b18a swap, ls vtec and a few other mods Tuned on S100...

Problem: Car wont start for a few days then it will start? Its very finicky, at first i was thinking the fuel pump but it will run fine for a few days then not start for another?

I am suspecting wiring? I have problems with a tach skitz and was wondering what could cause this...The swap has wires all over the place so this is why i assume wiring?

Changed the fuel filter and nothing better...

It smells of fuel

buy a legit wiring harness cuz thats prob your problem. maybe a ground? during the times it doesnt start check your fuel line and make sure your gettin fuel.

 

was thinking a ground could cause it it is getting fuel

 

grounds will cause ur car not to start. make sure you have the 3 main grounds hooked up, valve cover, t-stat housing and tranny gounds

could this be a main relay problem too?

 

Maybe a stupid question.. What dizzy are you running on which head? Should be an OBD1 and match the head. I have seen the wrong dizzy cause this before.

 

A faulty main relay would cause your car to not get fuel.
