Default 02 civic LX ecu

I need a replacement 2002 civic 5 speed manual ECU. Any ideas on where to look online. I live in indiana...

I think I found one used. Do I have to take it to honda dealer to have it flashed?

Yeah, it's under/behind the glove box.

Yes, Honda has to program it to match your keys/immobilizer.

A friend told me that if you match up the numbers from your current ECU you don't have to program the new one....does this make any sense?

.. and how are you to go about programming the new ECU to match the transponder in your key(s)?
