Default open headers problem on 94 DC

Ok please before anyone starts flaming about searching, I HAVE ALREADY SEARCHED and not found anything about my question, i'm just trying to get some help and advice instead of people wasting time and just telling me to search.

Well before you start flaming me about running open headers, it was only temp before i got my actual exhaust.

But my problem is that I've been driving for about 4 days with open headers untill i get my exhaust and just tonight i started hearing this rattling/clicking noise coming from the header maybe? And i pop the hood and it looks like the heat shield is rattling A LOT, i can see the dipstick moving fast-paced and it sounds like the headers are loose for some odd reason. My oil light would flicker when i'm in low rpms and it would go off. As i was going home i jump on the highway and it just feels as I'm not gaining speed like i was before, not racing but accelerating onto the on ramp. I'm driving down the hwy normal and i down shift to third and gun it but i wasn't hardly moving and before i would down shift my mph would climb like normal but this time it seemed like it stayed in its position longer than needed & when i left off and put it in neutral it died on me and when i exited the highway it wanted to die on my again when i let go of the gas all the way while in neutral, it did that a few times on me & when i got home it finally kept idle but it was jumping up and down like i had "cams" but in a bad way. I HIGHLY DOUBT that the clicking/knocking sound was my MOTOR KNOCKING. But just need input and i will be getting my exhaust asap if nothing is wrong with my motor.

Again, please just dont read and say go search quit being lazy... i've searched and rather you waste your time replying with a dumb answer like that, dont answer at all. Thats my main problem with honda tech.... i mean atleast help somebody out when they cant find the answer

Pictures? I have never seen anyone able to run headers on an inline 4 cylinder engine.

I don't think your problem is from running an open exhaust, perhaps an o2 sensor wire or sensor is bad.

Cylinder 2 doesnt look good, what motor are you running. Also ccording honda spec there is not supposed to be more than 28psi variation between the cylinders

Also did you check your oil levels? The fact that the oil light is going on and off is a good indicator that something bad is going on with the oil pressure inside your motor

The effects of an oil starved motor could potentially cause some of the problems that you're having. But any motor not having sufficient oil is cause for enough concern. There could potentially be damage done to your pistons, bearings, internal parts of the motor which could possibly be causing some of the problems you're having.

Just to make sure, but you're not throwing any CEL are you?
