i have a apexi ws2 on my sohc and its very loud and im wondering what would make it a little bit more quiet ..taking of the test pipe and put a (high flow cat) or a (resonator) any help plz

Probably a resonator, but put the dang things on for crying out loud. What's the point of taking the cat and resonator out? Get a cat and get a resonator and you'll save the earth while noticing about a 0.00000000000000001 decrease in power.

Any exhaust shop should be able to hook you up with something if you tell them that you want to quiet your exhaust down.
