What could this be in the engine bay? (Pic included)

What could this be in the engine bay? (Pic included)
I noticed what looks like oil but I could be wrong in my engine bay. Like a dark wet stain. What do you guys think it could possibly be and what can possibly cause this? It's a 6th gen F23 bay.

Possible power steering pump leak, as it is wet right under the pump. If it is the power steering pump, it might just need a new o-ring, although yours is a different year, it should be similar to this TSB: http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/tsb/accord/x98-023e.pdf
