Well after some time my antena would not go all the way down, so I ordered and got a replacement mast from ebay. When I try to install it, the motor does not wind enough down to fully retract my antenna.

One time when I turned off the radio I got it to go within a inch of the fully retracted position. But when I turned my radio back on and then off it was several inches away from being fully retracted. Any Suggestions?
