I have a 91 integra and I swapped another b18a1, well it has ran good ive had it about 2,000 miles and I put a new clutch and flywheel/pressure plate for tranny in about 5,000 miles ago. well when I drive slow in 1st gear it bogs and doesnt wanna go more, and in 2nd gear it bogs and cuts out and goes back to normal power around 3700RPM, I replaced the spark plug wires, and checked the plugs and look normal, white/grey tip looks like it burns clean. little but of carbon on thread. Also, sometimes when I start it it lugs at like 300rpm and dies. Any suggestions? Im thinking dizzy rotor or coil?
