Missing jumper plug to check CEL.

Ok I need help to find another way to check the CEL. Well for the jumper I took out the kick panel and even the glove I can't seem to find it. Thanks

93 civic coupe usually would have it by the glove but for some reason i can't find the plug nor the wire.

Either can I...mine is a 93 del sol. My ej8 had one, it was a little brown plug
