Default rough cold starts

just recently traded my eg for a 96 civic coupe dx. Car started up perfectly fine when i first got the car. Now the car has a rough first start. Car takes a while to crank before the car actually starts up. what can the problem be? dizzy? spark plugs? fuel problems? timing? thanks!
