Cruising idle and vtec problems..
Alright, i searched my butt off, and couldn't really find anything to help.
I have a 93 EG with a GSR Swap, engine and trans, Blox mani, gsr throttle body (i think) ebay sri, dc header, solid mounts..
Issue #1:
Whenever I am cruising at low RPM, say for instance, 2500RPM, the engine will be running at the steady 2500 and without removing my foot from the peddle, it feels as if i took my foot off the pedal completely and then will kick back in within a second. Horribly annoying, I am guessing it is a TPS, but i rather not go buy one if its not the problem.
Issue #2:
My engine does not always engage into vtec, sometimes it does and pulls very nicely, and sometimes it doesn't. The engaging of vtec has always been very quiet don't know if that has anything to do with it.
Anyways, hopefully someone can help me with these issues, the info would be greatly appreciated.

well haynes makes a manual for these vtec issues helped me out great. its hard to explain every detail as to what u can do for vtec probs. there is quite a few reasons , clogged vtec solenoid screen? bad iacv or whatever. many , and u could not have searched very good bc i found all kinds.
also the un steady rpms could b anything as far from ignitor , dizzy, spark plugs, wires, basic tune up , fuel filter. tranny low on oil? loose throttle cable, i guess it sounds like a wide variety of things i dnt know without you explaining things you have tried 1st
