It will work but it wont be much better than they ebay coils you have now. They could actually be bouncier due to the spring rate being so much less than the ebay stuff. Even with the ground controls your going to need new struts because being that low is going to blow them very soon.
hmmm this whole spring rate **** is getting me confused!..i dont mean to sound like a noob but wat would be an "ideal" spring rate to be dropped as low as i am?..
spring rates dont lover your car more.yes the ground control sleeves will work on your stock shocks but like what homie said there gonna blow down the line.a better shock with those ground controls will make it a better ride.a higher spring rate with a coilover system would be ideal.
ill put money on his shocks are already blown, that low on no-names.
friend was all the way on gcs stock shocks and it road like complete ****,
look into function forms, also ride quailty depends on the person, his decent may be my shitty, ect.

GC/Koni
It's been proven like a billion times.
Look at the Slammed Suspension Setup's thread in this forum. You can get an idea of what kind of rates you need to ride that low.

But as low as you are, about the only thing you can do is replace the shocks and use stiffer springs to keep the car from bottoming out. However the ride quality will be extremely harsh because the springs are so stiff.
Read the sticky at the top of this forum. You CAN NOT ride slammed and have a decent ride. Period.

LOL seriously? Your stock shocks are blown to hell. Nothing you do other than replace those shocks will give you a "decent" ride.

Jack the car up and look for oil/grease sprayed all up in the fender well. That will give you a good idea of whether or not your shocks are blown or not. But whether they are or not, your car will ALWAYS ride better with aftermarket dampers being that low vs. stock type units. It's your money and your back, but I would save and buy Koni's. Do it right the first time. Good luck!
