a/c 911! wat do i do with the wires n cables since i took my a/c off?
The wiring harness can be unplugged from the rest of the car very easily. First make sure you remove it and the relays from the radiator support. You will find that it goes thru a grommet that has the AC tubing in it too-that has to come out as well. You will have to take the glove box out for the next parts. The grommet can be replaced by ordering one from the dealer. You will also want to get the one for the evaporator drain. Now under the dash, disconnect the evaporator case from the blower housing and heater unit. You will see where the harness is connected-disconnect that and you should be able to take it out of the car. The evaporator case can be replaced with an 88-91 CRX/Civc non AC connector piece. I got mine from the junk/salvage yard. The AC switch is part of the control unit and not the easiest to remove. (Need the assembly-I got one in the Classifieds along with a complete blower and the Ac Rad fan unit).
Save everything you can and sell it. I did and it is not hard to ship tubing and all.
