The pair of JDM Recaro has got the seat belt light plug on JDM driver side ( USDM passenger)

How do I remove the plug and put it back onto the USDM Driver side?

The SRS plug is on the seat belt buckle itself, so I wouldn't try to modify the buckle assembly. Just buy a USDM driver's side seat belt buckle, or re-use your existing buckle from your stock seats (they should be the same if you have 92-95 Civic or 94-01 Integra), and either one of them will work. You can leave the buckle with the SRS plug on the USDM passenger side seat and just don't plug it in. It will still function just fine.

 

You can swap over the two seat belt buckles but depinning the plug and feeding through the hole. The only bad thing is that the rotation of the buckle will be backwards.

Or as mentioned, you can buy USDM buckles and bolt them up.
