that is the rear lower tie bar.

 

Personally, i don't think those cheap lower bars do anything on EF's

front lower.

these bars (both lower front and rear) do nothing but look blingy. they look nice from the rear (adds attention) but i wouldnt bother with the front, gets in the way of work usually.

certain upper front and rear ones help, but the ones that dont have flexible joints (AKA OEM type R)
