DA obd1 swap question(swap coming from 94 LS auto)
I have a wrecked 94 LS with a good engine and its obd1, i recently bought a 90 DA integra RS for 550$, which as about 260 k on it, engine starts and runs, has rough start sometimes, and its obd0.
SO i figured hell why not put my 94 engine in it, which has 150k on it. I am planning on replacing the front cam seal, the front crank seal, the water pump, timing belt, rear cam seal, valve cover gasket, and oil pan gasket before dropping the engine in the DA.
Anyway to my question, my 94 LS is auto. I am planning(or was till i was thinking) of just swapping the harness's and ecu along with the engine to convert to obd1.
Is a auto harness and ecu, different than a manual ecu and harness.? Can i get away with using the auto harness and sourcing a manual ecu if needed.
I do not want to swap all the obdo **** on the obd1 engine.
thanks for anyones help
