What kind of conditioner? Was it from Honda?
Anything but Honda ATF fluid is not a good thing for your transmission.
Much like older British cars must use Castrol Brake Fluid(not Dot 3), Honda Automatics must use Honda ATF Z-1. The automatics made by Honda are closer in relationship to a manual transmission than a rotm automatic.

Why on earth did you put a transmission conditioner in there?

Drain that transmission immediately and put brand new OEM Honda ATF purchased at a Honda Parts Counter at a dealership.

And do that 3 times (search on procedure)

Drain plug at the bottom of the tranny (use ratchet without socket) and fill it using the dip stick hole.

It took you one hour to go to a dealership, get the Honda ATF, jack up the car, drain the tranny, fill it back up, lower it, drive it around, jack it up, drain it again, fill it again, drive it around, and then do that whole process another time?

I'm quite skeptical you actually did that. *Maybe* you did but you'd be a god with teleportation.

And I should stress very much - the ATF you buy at Advanced Auto is NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT what you should use, regardless of what they tell you or your mechanic told you.

I'll stress it

Use ONLY HONDA ATF!!! If it doesn't come in a grey Bottle with HONDA in a header at the top, don't buy it. Yes Honda ATF is expensive, but so is rebuilding an AT. Some of the wording found on other ATF brand bottles may hint at being compatible with Honda ATF, its not. Only use Honda ATF.
