find some honda guys and make friends with them in your area and have them street tune it and buy them lunch.
try craigslist

 

I'm not familiar with your setup so its hard to judge power output. As for finding a tuner, you should look in the Forced Induction forum...there is a sticky thread at the top which lists tuners by state. I'm sure there is someone in your area...check it out
