It does look very nice, but it's priced a little high. Edmunds values a 2004 S2000 with 70000 miles in outstanding condition at $12260, dealer retail at $13500. I would use those values as an idea of how much I would want to pay if I were to negotiate a deal with this seller. However, a lot of times these cars go for more than what these websites value them at, so don't be necessarily expecting to get it for that much.
As far as a good way to negotiate, I won't claim to be an expert on it, but every time I've purchased a vehicle I've offered them a lower price than I would actually pay then went back and forth on offers from there until we either 1. Meet in the middle, or 2. I walk away because the seller won't go with my final price I've decided that I would pay for the car. It's worked well for me thus far. Just don't lowball them too much, or they may not be willing to work with you at all. You'll know after talking to them for a bit if they're dead set on $15000 or if you've got some room to negotiate.

+1 I think that is also a higher price but there are many out there that rather have offers than a firm price. My guess is that this seller knows that and is looking for people to give him offers.
I also use the same negotiating strategy. Know what price you want on the car an offer lower on that. Cash talks as well, letting them know you are ready to buy and can take the car off their hands today works well in my experience.

white is the most popular color by a long shot. I sold my gpw with salvage title for 13k a month or 2 ago. The car sold in 2 days someone flew over 1k miles to pick it up.
People dont budge on price when it comes GPW
if you're set on white I'd look the car over and if its in good shape I'd pick it up. If color isnt an issue that price is 40k mile price range

Less than 1k is SS, and about 100 of them have the interior that i have. 2 tone black/red. There is a post on S2KI where someone did a summary of years colors options based on VIN numbers. I am going of memeory but i remember i was a happy camper mine was so rare. The white CR's are the rarest from what i remember.
SS is not rare as an exterior color but rare in this color and interior combination. although after seeing the breakdown SS is more common in AP1's vs AP2's
Take the OP car for example GPW/black. In 04 there were no color combinations listed of that kind. Either the seller did an interior swap or the unofficial count spreadsheet posted is not accurate. You can review it here if you like.
