anybody use skunk 2 stage three cams????
yea and I am sure they will work fine with a stock CR...
I am sure your motor is built for it, seeming as how you
are asking about 270+ duration cams

no joke. team integra has several cars that are overcammed, the stock GSR 5250 value is like 110-112, I see cars making 90, 105 at 5250 on stage 2 cams. everyone wants to worship peak whp/tq. personally, I would rather have the curve of a stock GSR only lifted about 40%. Isn't it funny how people are making power on ITR and CTR cams fully extracted to the tune of 200+ whp? That makes the case for me to go Skunk stage1 for the street and keep my midrange power, raise compression to 11.5:1 and tune I,H,E and ECU, P/P install 270ccs and tune the A/F ratio for peak drivability. I estimate that 195-215 would be accomplishable with a STRONG midrange on even the GSR manifold, this would be my vote for drivability/performance application that still gets in the 20s in mpg

I would only use those with toda valvesprings, or the new ones from importbuilders
I bought a set of stage 3's in May for $700 off eBay and got jacked
