White Smoke passed 4k Rpm
Basically my d16y8 is throwing white smoke when i rev pass 4k rpm thru 7k. Just straight up white smoke even after i warm up the car.
Oil is burning as well too.
Could it be my head gasket? or Piston Rings?

Better the head gasket than the piston rings!
Set a video camera by your exhaust and rev your engine so the smoke comes out, that way you can see the exact color of the smoke.
Do a compression test and the results can diagnose if it's a blown head gasket or not. If the compression is higher on one end then progressively gets lower towards the other end of the engine then that's a symptom of a blown head gasket...FOR EXAMPLE:
If your compression results are 200 120 80 40 or vise versa.

I have some oil seepage from the dizzy side of the block/head...pretty sure the HG is goin. Im so scared to do it tho, on my EF, a couple of the head bolt holes got stripped. Im affraid of that happening again especially since the previous owner of my EG said he had just done the head gasket himself.
i had the same problem with an engine in one of my civics. it had weak piston rings and couldnt rev it past 4,000 without smelling bad oil burnin. the engine was mistreated by the previous owner and was over 300,000miles as well.
The way you can tell if your head gasket is blown is: excessive oil consumption. drain the oil and see if it is "muddy" or clearly has coolant in it. if the oil is ok, then your head gasket is fine.

if i was you i would change the oil real good.
then spray the engine with degreaser cleaner stuff and then spray it off after you let it sit. then go drive it then check 100% where its coming from and what it is

I've just been so scared to work on a HG after i stripped the block on my EF by over tightening
I know its unlikely that the headbolts would get stripped again, but its just scary. I have a brand new MLS headgasket so im ready to do everything.
drink red bull and get all hyped up and shake your hands over your head violently and get at it. thats what i do to get myself to do stuff. ...otherwise i just stare at it until its fixed,'
ok il shut up now (redbull)
