Default Skunk2 stage 3 cams?????

Im building my all motor and im came across a problem...... Im putting together a B20vtec using a GSR head with oversize valves. The problem is im using S2S3 camshafts and i heard that its going to be too riskie installing the cams because of the of the oversize valves. I am using JE pistons 12:1 comp. with dipper pokects. If anyone has any helpful info on the subject it will be appriciated.

That's predominantly meant for the pro series cams, not tuners. Claying the motor is the proper way to determine P2V issues. Don't forget to check your V2V clearance as well.

My set of GSR skunk2 stg2 tuner cams recommend not to use oversize valves......

when you said S2S3 = skunk2 stage 3. If you had said S2P3 = skunk2 pro 3.

I'm sure that's how it is for most performance cams but the pro series have larger primaries and more duration which make running larger valves even more of an issue.

valve to valve tends to be more of an issue than piston to valve and should be checked ESPECIALLY with larger valves.
