I've got a really bad leak in my 4dr gsr. I've already re-sealed my tail lights cause a buddy of mine say thats where his was leaking at but mine is still leaking...any ideas on where it could be coming from

It could be the hatch/trunk weather stripping, sunroof drain, spoiler gasket, or even the glass itself. Use a garden hose, spray water all around the car and check for wet spots.

How did you reseal the tailights? I made new gaskets using some foam I got at the local Arts n Crafts store. If you got a sunroof, check the drain tubes to make sure they aren't clogged and they are still connected. Do the same for the antenna drain tube as well. After I did all that, I still had leaks. The last thing I saw was the pressure release vent on the drivers side. On my car, the gasket was bad so I had to make a new one with foam again. You need to remove the bumper in order to get to the vent. I haven't had any leaks after I put the new gasket on.

my 4 door did the same thing. Just drill a small drain hole in it to let the water drain. it helps a lot

You shouldn't have to do that. Fix it the right way, not the wrong way.
Tail lights are usually a good culprit as well as the weather stripping. Your best bet, like someone already suggested is to take a hose and run it around the car. All the possible leaking spots have been suggested. Give it a shot..

I have had the same problem with my 2dr as well. I found one drain tube was disconnected from the spout on the bottom, then I found water was leaking into my tail lights then leaking through the bolt holes of the lights. I sealed the cracks along the top of the lights with some 3M weatherstrip adhesive. That worked out real well! The only problem is, I am still getting water in my trunk! Now the only spot where the water is getting in, is on the driver side by that vent. Does that really have the ability to get lots of water in whenever I wash the car or when driving in the rain??
