I wonder if anyone is comming to GLD in wisconsin for import wars it will be nice to see some new faces ... I believe the first event is on April 18.. lets get ready to drag our selves there....

 

Not sure if we will be at that event, but we defiantly will be down there a lot more this year with a few cars.

Ill be there alot more this year. 10 pt cage is finally done and im ready to turn the boost up and come play. Its going to be a fun year. Is there any updates to the rules? also B, i need to get ahold of you about possible doing some tuning on my car. what is the shops number.

 

I'll have my car out there this year with some help from RC Autoworks. I don't expect to be ready until May. I need to get a chassis cert, and get my license updated.
Import Wars will be fun this year.

 

Hope to have my 10point cage done before then to make it there. But forsure will make a apperence this year.

 

I had fun when we ran in '08. We've got some great memories from that season.

'09 was a rough year for us but we should be going again next month. Probably won't make IW events, though.

I would assume you let your license lapse too??? If so, there is no getting it updated. You have to go through all the same BS you did when you initially got it. Unless it's only been lapsed for less than a year.

 

Bring that s2k up for a few races. Joe went up to one last year to help leo out. Its a good time. Plus my buddy just finished putting his 6765 bb billet on his s2k. He is waiting on the ppg gearset and hopefully he will be up to a few races as well.

 

I'd like to make it up there this year. I've heard it's always a good time.

 

we wont have the ek done by april but we should be able to make the may event...waiting for the trans (woof woof)

Yeah, its been at least 3 years since I was in a car that went quicker than 9.99
I made license passes in a TA/FC, but I never finished getting the license, since I didn't have a car to use it on. Too expensive, and shitty economy put my racing on hold until recently.

 

Should be a fun time, looking forward to it, get that car finished up an dialed in.
