Default Suspension For Road Racing

I got a EK hatch civic and was wondering what do I need to get for a good set up for road racing. I am planning on getting Koni Yellow, but don't know baout springs yet. All I need are shocks and springs right? What is a good spring rate for my car. This is also my DD, but I don't mind it being stiff. Can you provide multiple set ups with different rates.

Thanks
