Default Camber kit solutions

What camber kits has everyone had experiences with and what do you recommend? Looking so far at megan racing kits (good price but maybe cheap parts?), SPC I've heard good things about but @110+ bux a side for the rear, a little pricey, and obviously Ingalls has always been a well known good/reliable brand but once again 120-140 a side front/rear.

Any suggestions or comments and experiences anyone has had are greatly appreciated.

You'll be better off leaving the stock bushings in there. Camber kits, whether it be anchor or adjustable ball joint usually cause knocking on the fender due to less travel room and their bushings eventually start to squeak. A better alternative for saving your tires is to get an alignment every 3 months and ensure that they set your toe to 0(that is what kills your tires).

Another more unconventional alternative is to locate a shop that is familar with adjusting camber by bending the spindle. This gives you the adjustability of a camber kit without actually having one. In my opinion camber kits are unnecessary high maintenance parts.

Well I'm only lowered about 2"s all the way around on GC coilovers, which use eibach pro kit springs (350 lbs front, 280 lbs rear), and Koni red shocks. My tires aren't wearing that bad at all honestly, slight camber wear but still fairly even tire wear across the whole tire (20k miles out of my last set cuz I'm very hard on my tires). I just want the adjustability and need to replace all my suspension pieces anyway (114k miles all original).

I've got Ingalls ball joints in the front and Wicked Tuning in the rear.

The fronts only hit the inner fender on medium size bumps.

I got the adjustable upper arms from Ingalls. They don't hit, no matter how big the bumps. But then again, I am on the negative side of adjustment.

Well you can't just say that.

They have 2 different kinds. The ones that are up to correcting 1.5 degrees and the ones from 1.5 degrees to 3.0 degrees.

I had the 1.5-3 degrees correction and anything more than ~1.7ish degrees the upper control arm would wack the wheel well.

It has been found that the EF control arms will fit, so you can use an adjustable Skunk2 one. (don't quote me on the EF, but it's an older Honda)

Yes, BUT before you buy anything though, go on HondaSociety and search through the Fifth Gen section there, there was quite a informative thread on the topic.

The arm is shorter to start with so you correct camber that way and you have the adjustable ball joint.

I don't believe any modifications were needed for it to clear the wheel well.

for the rear just use the old washer trick. go to lowes or home depot or whatever and get the right thread and grade bolt that is longer and get you some good washers and put however many you need back there. that what i did on my old DA and ill be doing it on my CD5 as well. As for the front get the non adjustable anchor style for better reliability or if you need more or less adjustment get the ingalls kit
