Default Rywire H22 Harness

Ok, so here I go...
I ordered a complete replacement from Rywire for my 95 H22A in my 88 HF CRX. I installed it the way they instructed and all I got was the engine turning over. I double checked everything, still nothing.
The attached pictures show that two of my plugs do not match up, I am wondering if thats a big issue...probably.
Plus, my old harness had a resistor box for the injectors, new one didnt, possibly another issue.
So, i took everything off and went to put my old one back on...only thing that happens is the starter clicks over.
As of right now I am stumped with no idea where to go from here.

Any ideas would be superb!

Rywire made your harness, why aren't you calling them??? as far as the resistor box is concerned, chances are your h22 has obd1 injectors which do not require a resistor box.

I contacted Peter and he said that I don't need to plug those in so no worries I guess. I'll find out when I get off work and tackle it again.
They make it look and sound so easy, which I'm sure it is in a perfect world but my old wiring was a mess from a previous owner so I'm having minor problems with minor things I'm sure.
