thanks...i forgot all about progress. i use to rock their springs and they were great until my shocks blew out. hows the quaility on these? BTW im only doing street driving to and from work mostly. how are they for hittin corners??

 

Progress is the best and its cheaper. But if you must have either of those two, F2 is the better of two evils

 

Can you adjust the height on the progess coilovers w/o adjusting the preload or the only offer the height adjustment?
