Default crx suspension questions

im about to sell my ej8 and buy a crx as a project car in april, as far as suspension mods go, i want my car to resist spinning out when i turn on slippery surfaces. initially i was planning on lowering it on coilovers with the front stiffer than the rear and tower bar in front with the front stabilizers stiffer also. what i dont want is to lose the rex's quick handling. what can i do to keep the handling and quick steering while reducing the chance of the rear end letting go if a car in front of me forces me to let off the throttle? basically how can i make the rear end more stable around turns without drastically losing the oversteer? also which would be better to build from an 88' or a 91' si?

the basic skunk2 coilovers are around $250, 750 is closer to the Pro s coilovers. just look around their not hard to find, you could even find em on google shopping
