Default ground control question

not sure if this goes for both RSX and EP3 but....

i have an ep3... right now on h&r springs on tokiko blues.... a local ep3 owner is selling his GC adjustable springs BUT he had ordered them for stock struts. now if i were to put them on my tokikos OR to buy koni yellows, how are they made different to have to select the shock your using when you buy them?
when you go to buy them it asks you for what strut they are for. so will these work on my tokiko's or future koni yellows if they were odered for a stock strut? thanks

If you check the GC website you'll see that the coilovers for the 2002- SI differ between ao. 'stock' and some 'Tokico' models (among which the blues aren't even an option).

So the answer to your question would be 'no'.

differant ways to mount the coilover sleeve, like koni for instance has a snap ring on the strut that the spring perch sits on, the coilover sleeve sits on that snap ring. some you have to cut or trim. so its how it fits the strut.

What "normal tokiko(sic) option" would that be: Tokico Premium Performance, Illumina or Spec D?

on the drop down menu on the ground control website under shock type i have listed:
stock
tokico premium perf.
koni
tokico illumina
tokico spec d
kyb
kyb agx
bilstein

i had contacted customer service and they told me for tokiko blue to select the tokiko premium perf

sorry, my mistake in the other post... premium perf is if you have tokiko blues.

actually we have veered off from my question lol

a local is selling his GC's which he ordered for stock springs.... i have tokiko blue currently, and will upgrade to koni's later if the GC's are infact somewhat a universal fit with all the shock options.

so i probably wont buy them if his springs wont fit on my tokiko blues
