Default Need help with my timing

Going to do my timing but i need help iv don it on my old car an need help like my timing belt is really lose wat can i do to fix that an i know # 1tdc an mark my timing point an then take everthing off an put everthing back on an thats it right some one help please thanks dont want to mess my b18b1 up

ok there is a pulley un der your cam gear. when loosened it will move up and down tightening and loosening your timing belt. just push it over and and hold it tight and tighten the bolt.

It's called the tension pulley.
