Depending on what cams your going to use and for that 70mm TB, I think its too big for your setup. Try something smaller like an ITR or a 68mm

not a realistic goal or healthy setup if you get the low comp b20!
go hunting for b20z if your not going to touch the bottom end/pistons.

I dont see this block lasting very long with stock block. I have seen many stock head b20 vtec's put down 180whp with ebay bolt ons

this is my setup........

gsr head with type r springs and new itr lma's
replace all seals and gaskets
arp head studs and rod bolts
acl rod bearings
new mls head gasket
obd2 gsr water and oil pump
new gsr timing belt
b20b block with rs itr pistons and rings
Kms shot peen rods
Kms 65 mm ported tb and port matched stock gsr mani
hone cylinders
blox adj cam gears
adj fpr
havent picked out a header yet
2.5 in straight exhaust
NGK V-power BKR7E spark plugs
Magnetic drain plugs
hondata/vafc tune

Im hoping this setup will get me 180-200 whp and great reliablity!

I was able to get 202hp and 140tq with a stock b20b block/gsr head with itr intake cam and bolt ons. But I'm tuned on e85.

i don't bother about the b20 block, i'm not going to keep it for 4 years. my red line will be around 7400rpm with a good tune, i don't know why you'R saying it will not last.

Hp number is realistic, but the torque might be a little steep.I just did a duno run on a low reading dynojet and made 204whp and 143 tq.B20 block / gsr head12.5:1 cp ratio S2S2 cams (gears at 0 degrees)S2 pro IMS2k Throttle bodyRMF replica header.2.75" exhaust3" ITR cold air intakeBasically went to get tuned, did one short pull. Added 10% fuel accross the map.. Did one full pull.. Made the 204whp. Then the brakes would not turn off on the dyno. Apparantly the solenoid fried. So I will be back there next week to finish the session.

Sounds fair, an old build of ours with a bone stock B20z block, P72 head w/ ITR Cams, Blox IM, 65mm TB and Greddy header made 185whp and 142wtq on a street tune.
