Default competition twin disk problems

have a 1997 honda civic w/ a b18b1 w/ 5 speed. Making about 380 hp at the current moment. Put a competition twin disk in it because I plan on making around 600 to the wheels. Since i put it in i have had nothing but problems. The clutch pedal has to be pretty much all the way to the floor to disengage the clutch and if you move the pedal even a very small amount off the floor it engages completely. I understand it is a twin disk and it is going to be aggressive but the car is very hard to drive on the street. I have driven many different applications with high performance vehicles with manual trannys and this is by far the hardest. Another thing it does is if the clutch pedal is all the way to the floor and you have it in gear, every now and then the clutch will just grab and surge the car forward. also the clutch fork broke and then the slave cylinder so those will both be new.
I guess what trying to find out is if anybody else has had this problem with drivabiltiy on the street with a competition twin disk. It is very tough to drive and like i said the car will surge forward even with the clutch pedal down to the floor. I dont know if there is an aftermarket clutch master or slave that will help with drivability and overall working ability with this clutch. any info appreciated.
