Default 02 accord vtec rear motor mount

2002 SE 4 cyl. auto transmission - I believe my rear motor mount has gone bad. I get a vibration sometimes under idle and when I'm going about 55 mph if I let off the accelerator and then press the pedal again I feel a " jerk" or a "thud"- hard to put into words.
I watched the rear mount while parked in driveway as someone shifted from Park to Reverse and then Back to Park.
The rear mount travels atleast 1" when moving from Park to Reverse and Drive.

My question is does this sound "normal" or does it sound like the rear mount is bad?? By the way I have already replaced the front mount about a month ago.

How hard is it to replace the mount? Do you change it from the top or under the car?
Thanks for any help anyone could give me.

Okay, I removed the top nut on the rear mount stud and removed all 4 bolts that hold it to the chasis. When I jack the engine up as high as it will go, it does not clear the stud that comes through the mount. The throttle body hits the upper part of the firewall and does not have clearance to pull the mount out.
Is there a secret to getting the engine up enough to clear the stud to pull the mount out?

Remove the bolt from the front motor mount, and tip the whole thing forward. If that's not enough, unbolt the side mount(s), and jack up the engine some more.
