Default 82mm pistons or not

here is the problem i already have wiseco 82mm pistons in around ll.8 comp some ppl believe that would make the cylinder walls to thin and could cause them to crack what are your thoughts should i get 81.5

that is the max you can go so as long as it's bored and honed properly for those new pistons, tuned correctly, you won't have any problems.

It's the max limit but still plenty strong, it's been done many times and is reliable as long as everything is done properly.

i decided to go with the 82mm i just hope when it gose it dont dmg the head, i got alot of money in the head

make sure you use a gasket with an 82mm bore and that your pistons don't come up out of their bores.
