wheel issues

Icon6 wheel issues

i have a ? i recenlty put some rims on my ef and after a few days It started to vibrate from the steering wheel it gets really bad when i go over 55 does anyone know what it could be i was thinking maybe my wheel bearings have messed up please help

i would guess that it is either the wheels and tires not being balanced correctly. if it didn't happen with your last wheel/tire combo, then i wouldn't think it would be your wheel bearings.

so the wheels are probably not balanced right and no it didn't do that with my old setup

I just got the tires so I'm thinking they might not be balanced right so I'm gone take it to my tire shop and see what they tell me I hope its nothing major I have to fix

if ur tires are under warranty sumtimes they balance for free...even if not its not an expensive fix

check the center of your hubs and the back of the wheels...you might have some damage that is preventing the wheels from sitting flat. this happened to me and eventually a stud broke and the wheel almost fell off!

if u dont have an alignment id advise doing that first, then troubleshooting. that is usually the problem

id deff get them rebalanced, and get a alignment done. if that doesnt work, maybe new tires or id say bent rim maybe?

I don't think its a bent rim they where brand new I have only had them on for maybe about 1 week and a half but I'm gone get them rebalanced and do an alignment ill keep you guys posted thanks for all the suggestions and help

So I m getting my wheels balanced the guy is telling me I need some wheel hub rings because the wheel won't sit right on my hub does anyone know if this is true

So he odered the kit for me and also got the problem fixed 1 of my front wheels had a lump on it I still need my alighnment and I'm still gone put that kit thing on and I am finally gone get my swap done at the end of this month zc single cam no more dpfi for me

zc sohc just like mine FTW...make sure you source a d16a6 complete intake manifold to use on the zc motor to be emissions legal...!!!

already have it on the engine got it from the same guy I got the engine from how can I know if its a d16a6 intake manifold the guy says it is but is there a way I can check it and how does the zc run for you pulls hard I hope
