what kinda engine swap should i do??
do some research my friend. there isn't a "best" b series engine. there is only what suits your needs/means. for instance, if you have 20grand to spend, you can have a ridiculously high hp turbo built b series engine. however if you are on a limited budget of maybe only 1 grand, then perhaps a b20 or b18a/b swap would be "best" for you.
again, just do some research, there is way too much info out there on the interwebz for you not to be able to find what you're looking for if you just search a little.

Engine opinion are like fish in the sea. There are many of them and they all look different.
1. What is the car gonna be used for?
2. Budget?
3. Are you doing the work or a shop?
4. Have you kept up on your regular maintenance? (Bushings, Brakes, Filters, Tires)
5. Research which engine fits your goals best.
6. Determine with gearing you want and if you want cable or hydro.
