listen up-

i moderate a ton of subforums on this board, including ALL regional classified sections. i've been here since '02 with this SN, and almost since the inception of the board with another SN.

i have never, EVER seen as much immaturity and total bullsh*t as i've seen in this section within the past year and ESPECIALLY in the past 6 months.

there are a few of you i can name off the top of my head who are constantly causing trouble. you will probably lose your privileges here. if you come back, we will know and ban you. IP tracking, advanced proxy detection - if we dig we can find out who is who, that is not a problem.

anyway,

do you know what people do in other areas when someone says something inappropriate within their FS thread? they report it. like adults. like normal people. like contributing members of society. they handle things the right way.

what do you guys do? you bite back, saying something even more dumb that what was originally said (what should have been reported in the first place)

you guys need to SHAPE UP and get your **** in order.

^^^ agreed. It gives us a bad name, I cannot believe half the stuff that is posted. The worst is when someone is trying to sell a vehicle or part and you have immature kids making irrelevant comments in your thread when they have absolutely no interest in anything that you are selling.

I'm glad I have sold pretty much every extra parts/cars I own, because it got really old dealing with peoples BS. There are many individuals that are good people in the mid-west on this board but there are enough immature tool bags to make all of us look bad.

Hmm. MN for sale thread has sucked since the ZF change. I guess if it gets any harder to sell parts over HT I may leave for good. If your not interested in buying something in a thread don't post!!! It's not hard, if you don't like the price go away or pm!!!

Okay I'm alright with this for some people, but I don't believe things should change for me because other people are fukups and sorry *** excuses for members of society. Should the people who constantly cause trouble be banned completely? Absolutely. They're mostly selling and buying cheap and useless **** and swapping haggard *** cars so we really won't miss them anyways. But with all do respect, if things change for me because of other people I'll be pretty pissed cause that's bullshit. Just my $0.02

I realized that I've become used to spodes bashing my threads on this board, and I really don't even notice it anymore. I do admit that there's times I should have reported people, but instead I retaliated. Doesn't make me much better, my apologies.

so i've been on this fourm for quite a while just reading and educating myself for at least a year before i joined here and yes it has changed alot i think in the last couple of years

i believe i pmed a mod about a month ago about this same issue, mostly about guys not reading the rules when it came to posting. the mod told me just push the report button, but i think i would be doing that an awful lot. i will say in 2002 people actually read the posting rules and adhered to them. at least most of the time.

i don't have anything against anyone on here it's just alot of you guys don't pay attention to the rules for posting...such as, the whole thread is in text speak, 5 fs threads each thread there's one item, advertising services(fender rolling,mechnical stuff) if people actually read the rules the forums would probably be alot cleaner.

i've heard somewhere before of restraint of pen and tongue many people on here should probably be doing that. also someone had on here about arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics even if you win your still retarded.
