Default new with some questions

First off yes im a honda tech but i dont know how to tune ecu's which i need help with.

I have a 95 eg coupe ram air intake, dna motoring headers, dna motoring test pipe, dna motoring cat back, walboro 255lph fuel pump, walboro 440cc injectors, and a PR4 chipped ECU.

The injectors, fuel pump and ecu arent installed yet but the ecu has a type r base map i was told fromt he guy i bought it from and when i plug it in the check engine light coems on and it wont go above 3 grand. i think it has a 2 step on it which would be the not going above 3 grand but when i plug in a connector to read the codes it only flashes the SRS light. Im lost and i dont know if i jsut need a d series base map put on or what, again i really dont know anything about tuning ecu's. please help

Those are some massive injectors for a stock D series with a ram air...

If it only revs to 3k, while youre in gear with the clutch in, and your foot on the gas, then yes, it has 2-step. If it doesnt rev past 3k no matter what, then you have some issues with the ECU. My jdm P30 did the same thing, as a fuel cut off or something like that because of other codes I hadn't taken care off. USDM computers dont do that I believe (correct me if im wrong).

Go to any tuner shop in your area. They'll charge you like $10 max for a stock basemap. (around here, they usually do it for free)

so you have a d16?
sounds like you bought a fony ecu
with your setup you dont need the injectors. nor the fuel pump. but it wouldnt hurt to drop it in.
you need to get a stock ecu for your car try a P28.
if you want to tune it get it chipped and get a chip burned by a speed shop or www.xenocron.com or ebay or a local oldy that started www.pgmfi.org
the cheapest way to tune is get it chipd and burn chips or......get a moates ostrich 2.0..
i have a p28 chipd with the ostrich for sale.....just plug in a laptop and make changes.

No i have a d15b7. i know there big injecotrs but for them and the fuel pump im only paying $50. i plan on adding a turbo later on but dont have the money right now. i found a guy a few hours away that will do it for 20 and set it up how i want but, ive never messed with tuning one so dont really know what to do on it. but what gets me the most is when you jump the wire to check the codes it should flash the engine light to flash the code but its not as soon as you jump it the srs light blinks non stop till u un hook the jumper. so i cant even find out what codes that ecu is throwing.

does the srs light give you dif flashes? count those.
$50 aint bad...if its a real walboro that is.
keep the injectors for when you go turbo though
