lol, no one claimed it that day. Have you at least tried to do the right thing and get it back to the owner? If you take it up to the Sprint store they'll find the owner. If you need the money that bad that you'll sell someone else's property, well then whatev. I'd at least make some kind of attempt to do the right thing.

I'm pretty sure sprint could find the owner, matter of fact, I'm %1000000 sure. I would put money on it. It IS the same as stealing. I don't think they just said to hell with it and went and bought a new phone. Did you call anyone on the phone and tell them you found it? a wallet with no ID is one thing, a wallet with ID is another. Congratulations, you stole a phone.

 

What you are doing is selling stuff that doesn't belong to you. Just because they didn't come back doesn't mean they aren't still looking for it. This is the same as theft.

Take it back to Sprint, and don't post that here again.
