Those cams will work well in your setup. Just make sure if they do a valvejob on your ITR head (assuming it is one) that they do an ITR valve job and not a "standard" valve job which will cost you some power. That oil pan and timing belt seem like overkill, stock is all you need.

yeah....timing belt will give me a piece of mind....i got a moroso oil pan cause i got a good deal on em....ive been having oil leak issues with the p72 pan... might be warped...tried 2 honda gaskets already...and i will look furthur into itr valve job..thanks for input 00red_siR
wow I would have expected around 180-185whp from a jdm itr with the bolt-ons you have!
I wonder what happened to the 20whp,I mean 165whp is what you get from a 190flywheel hp on a dynojet from a honda normally and you should easily be in the +210 zone for crank hp,then again those exhaust ports are nasty which I assume came from bad seals, oil=robbed hp?damn I have a diesel car with cleaner ports than that

165whp did seem a bit low, but I thought that was your stock number. Stock ITR's are usually 170-175 on dynojet.
Then in the later post I notice that you had some bolts-ons but untuned. So this chipped P28 had a very very rich program, nice exhaust ports. That is why you ended up low on power. Get it tuned and let us know how it turns out.
