Default b16a block with gsr head

Do you guys recommend this setup, basically gsr head and tranny with the jdm 92-95 sir block?

Or should I just go with the usdm gsr block?

I think youll get more power with the b18c block, so Id stick with that. Now swapping on a b16 head onto the b18c block works well cause it doesnt have the huge intake and secondary blutterfly intake. If I'm wrong anybody feel free to correct this ****. Peace, late.

yes compression will be lost, I believe the cumbustion chamber on a gsr head is square and yeilds more compression.

not sure about the flow I understood that the gsr head and b16 head are the same besides the cumbustion chamber. I could be wrong

maybe you should just stick with the SiR head and get a mugen or spoon headgasket and later on down the line get some better cams and either an ITR manifold or skunk manifold

then use the b16 head with a thinner headgasket and get it port and polished the whole 9 yards. I would suggest portflow, Tom does great work.
