92 Si. I pulled the lever like normal and when it got to about 6 clicks (when it normally fully engaged), I felt like... jerk, i guess... Anyway, after that happened, it now doesn't engage until about 14-15 clicks. Could the cable have slipped or maybe the adjuster nut stripped? It still works, just not like it did.

maybe one of your cables broke,set the parking brake,lift the rear tires and see if they turn,if one does then that is the bad cable.
possible other issues but check this first

 

check the cables where they hook up in the rear also in the car maybe one broke or came off
