Default brake problem on 92 accord

my sister has a 92 accord when we come to a stop the car brakes good but after it comes to a complete stop the brake pedal goes in. anyone know what can cause that to happen?

Check brake fluid level?
Bleed brakes?

pads were just changed but she just told me the fluid goes out quick?? could it be a hose?

Fluid is leaking somewhere then, so check the brake hoses on the calipers, the rear wheel cylinders if it has drum brakes out back, and also look for wet spots near the brake master cylinder.

The brake pedal goes to the floor because there's air in the system and you need to bleed it, but you need to fix the leak before you do that.
