stock d15 not starting
we originally had a no spark problem but we replaced the distributor and now we have spark but we still cant get it to start. what would be the easiest way reset to tdc and how can i tell if it was just the spark that was the problem? any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated
Be a little more specific is it a crank no start? or a no crank no start? Think of all the things you need for a car to start, You already checked spark and stated you have spark. you also need fuel, turn the ignition on to see if you hear the fuel pump going. you also need air. Maybe you have a clogged cat? Im just trying to help you further diagnose the issue.

idk.. but is your relay commin on? maybe its the relay or your fuse box under your hood cause it happen to my firends EF9 and he's ecu wasnt throwing codes but was cranking and he replace his distributor before he had this problem because his car was cranking to but didnt want to turn on, so he replaced the relay and the whole fuse box under the hood next to the battery...look at the ecu for codes...
yea check the relay for cracked solder before you pay to get the timing reset. could be a free fix with a soldering iron...start with the cheapest possible solution first...always
