Default Oil Catch Can Review Please Comment !!!!!

I started making catch cans. It was for my self but now i decided to start selling them they are made of high quality 18ga steel with -10 AN fittings with breather filters which are 38 mm. I tig welded the catch can and I welded all the fittings from the inside. Also I grinded the seams on the outside. I just didnt see paying the the price for the other style catch cans. So I would just like your opinions on these catch cans. I also made smaller ones, they come in black and silver. Standard shipping for the boxes is $10 and for the block fittings is $5. Please let me know if you have a custom application. I can get in touch and make a custom box that fits your needs.

This one is made to fit in the battery tray. I will be selling this size for $150.00.The dimension of this can are 4.75" x 4.75" x 7" with three 1.5" breather filters. This can features 6 -10 AN fitting. Four are designed to be run from the valve cover and the other two are designed to run to the back of the block as returns. This box has a baffled separation in the chamber to minimize oil seepage through filter.

I will be selling this size for $75. This catch features 3 -10 AN fittings. 2 are designed to be run from the valve cover and the last one is for the return to the back of the block. The dimensions of this catch can are 3" x 3" x 6".

Price $15 each .These block fittings are designed to fit b-series blocks. The fitting has a 28mm thread for the block and a -10AN fitting for the oil lines.

Are they powder coated? Painted?
They look nice. I like the price, but for some of us that wanna save weight, putting a steel catch can is a step back even if its only .5 pounds.

They are primed and then painted to a desired color. So far we have made flat black and silver. As far as the weight we tried to be as low as possible. The large catch can comes in at 3.4 lbs. Similar cans come in right around the same if not more.

yea when me and my bud started making these catch cans we really wanted them to be as light as possible. so we used 18ga steel very thin. but these boxes are sturdy. you can throw them off a building. but the aluminum ones are really thick cause there aluminum close to 1/4 in thick. so the weight is really the same. ours might be a touch lighter if not the same. so the weight issue will not be a problem. and just remember were ready to make any size for you guys. it would take about three days to make. if you guys wanted to put one by the radiator support or you want one not so tall. so just let us know. and thanks for the comments.
