Default D16y7 Won't Start

My Civic won't start suddenly. Went outside this morning, cleaned up the interior a bit, started up the car and pulled out of the garage into a parking spot. I went inside for 15 minutes, came back out to go to work and the car wouldn't start. Engine is a d16y7. It cranks, occassionally almost starts and kind of does but doesn't run. Just dies and that's about it.

I checked for spark, got it.
I listened for the fuel pump, it turns on.
I have fuel pressure, checked for it.
Checked some fuses but maybe there's something I'm missing.
Took the valve cover off and looked at the timing belt, it looks fine.

What in the hell could have happened in 15 minutes?

The car has been running fine up until now. I had to move like 20 feet to get into a parking spot, so I highly doubt the timing jumped or anything like that. What am I missing here?

I'll try a new dizzy tonight, could that even be the problem if I'm getting spark? Seems weird that this would be so sudden.

Check the main relay.

Are you sure your aftermarket alarm is functioning correctly? Perhaps the immobilizer is preventing the vehicle from starting.

I suspected that it was the alarm. But I removed the entire alarm system last night and still the same results. Unless there's a procedure that I don't know about for removing an alarm. Ignition wires are all in tact. The alarm looked like it was professionally installed so no wires were actually cut, they were just wired in with the ignition wires. I just took the brain and wiring out, taped up the ignition wires and that was it.

And how do I check the main relay? I mean just plug in a new one to see if that's the problem? Or is there an easier way since I don't have another?

Another thing, are 15 and 7.5 fuses under the hood the only ECU fuses, or are there other ones somewhere as well?

Spark plugs were bad. Replaced them and car runs fine now.
