issues...
here is the scoop, bought a 91 crx si, previous owner is a tech and owns his own shop, pretty reputable etc, he pulled the stock a6 out, mildly built a z6 for it, put some nice mounts in it, used the si trans, has s2 pro s coilovers, s2 lca's, s2 uppers in the front, 0 miles on the suspension stuff, he f-ed up the conversion harness (obdo to obd1) so i purchased a new one, wired it up, nothing, no turning over, fire, fuel etc, found he took the main relay out, replaced that and now it turnes over with no spark, fuel pump does not prime etc. ecu is a phearable p28 slightly tuned, im wondering if he fried the ecu upon messing with the jumper harness? i have another one at home im bringing to the shop tomorrow to see if indeed he fried it. everything else is good, battery, cables, fuses, relays, all i can think of is the ecu being bad, any other ideas?
if everything is hooked up correctly like you said, but your not getting spark or fuel, then yes I would try the ECU. if that doesn't work, i would double check all connections, make sure nothing else was disconnected by the previous owner, and check the engine harness wiring to make sure that it was modified correctly.
